Simon Amstell and Shappi Khorsandi are among the acts appearing at a special event in Walthamstow programmed by the Soho Theatre on 31 July.
The one-day comedy takeover of Fellowship Square features a day of workshops and performances followed by an evening show of comedians also including Thanyia Moore.
During the afternoon, local social enterprise Haven Coffee’s matinee stage show "Laffuccino" will feature a line-up of talented comedians from refugee and migrant backgrounds. Waltham Forest’s presenting partner for this event is ISG Ltd.
The Soho Theatre is due to open a new large venue in Walthamstow in 2022 on the site of the old Walthamstow Granada cinema.
