The Last Leg kicks off tonight with guests Aisling Bea and Richard Ayoade.
As usual Adam Hills, Alex Brooker and Josh Widdicombe will be dissecting the news in their own inimitable style and discussing #isitok
One can't help thinking that they will be chatting at some point about the England v Germany game. Josh Widdicombe was one of the comedians who was at the game. His Parenting Hell podcast co-host Rob Beckett was also there and Beckett's bucket-hatted post-match posts on social media quickly went viral.
Beckett called it the best night of his life, even though it ended with him eating KFC in an alleyway next to some bins. His wife was impressively tolerant when he publicly messaged her, warning him to brace himself for a hangover in the morning. As far as we know Beckett heroically managed the school run as well as a chat with Zoe Ball on Radio 2.
Aisling Bea will also be talking about the second series of her acclaimed comedy This Way Up, which returns to channel 4 on July 14 and co-stars Sharon Horgan.
Some listings may have said that Nadia Hussain is a guest tonight rather than Ayoade's Travel Man buddy Aisling Bea.
Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain recently said that she only told her husband Abdal she wanted kids because he did. Now the mother-of-three would like another. Talking on 'Idris and Sabrina Elba's Coupledom' podcast about prejudice, she added: "We do get negativity from within the Muslim community, the Bangladeshi community, the English community.
"I've accepted as a British-Bangladeshi Muslim woman, first-generation British, daughter of an immigrant, I have every barrel you can possibly think of pointing at me."
