Absolute Radio has announced the return of Absolute Radio Live to The London Palladium for radio’s biggest-ever comedy night on Sunday 21st November. Some of Britain's best loved comedians will be taking to the stage to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Absolute’s own Frank Skinner will be returning to host the show, alongside Dara Ó Briain, Joe Lycett, Judi Love, Angela Barnes, Phil Wang and Glenn Moore.
Frank said “I can’t wait to get back on the stage at the London Palladium and host this brilliant live event. After the last year we could all do with a good laugh, and what better way to do it then whilst raising money for a very important cause.”
Jane Ashton, Head of Music and Entertainment at Teenage Cancer Trust, added “We’re so grateful to our friends at Absolute and to Frank for supporting Teenage Cancer Trust with this very special event. After losing two years of Teenage Cancer Trust gigs at the Royal Albert Hall due to the pandemic we’ve missed live shows so much, and it’s just great to see them returning and be a part of this.
“Every penny really does make a difference, and the money raised will help fund our incredible nurses and services that support teenagers and young people with cancer through the toughest times imaginable.”
