Comedan and actor Liz Carr has said that she would like to be the villain in a Bond movie.
Appearing on BBC's Saturday Kitchen she suggested that she could appear in a wheelchair with special villainous attachments added to it.
Carr is due to appear in the final episode of This Is Going To Hurt on BBC One on Tuesday evenng at 9pm.
The suggestion went down so well on social media that #LizCarrBondVillain started trending.
Twitter was quick to support the idea. Matthew Steeples tweeted: "The lovely @thelizcarr would be the BEST as a Bond villain. That's a campaign we'll definitely be supporting with a feature in @SteepleTimes She'd surpass even the wonderful Steven Berkoff as General Orlove. Bring her on Bond! #LizCarrBondVillain @SaturdayKitchen #SaturdayKitchen"
Gail Adcock added:"Yes @thelizcarr definitely needs to be a Bond villain with the element of surprise! 100% we need that! #lizcarrbondvillain @SaturdayKitchen"
Dub Dub and Away wrote: "This absolutely has to happen #LizCarrBondVillain And when her character says "time to die Mr Bond" there will be no time given to escape."

Before concentrating on acting Carr was a regular on the comedy circuit.
In 2021 Carr has joined the cast of The Witcher for the second series on Netflix. Before then she was best known for her role as forensic examiner Clarissa Mullery in Silent Witness (BBC One).
Other TV credits include Devs (FX), The OA (Netflix) and Les Miserables (BBC One). She can be seen alongside Mark Wahlberg in upcoming sci-fi thriller Infinite, due for release later this year. Theatre credits include And Others (National Theatre) and Abnormally Funny People (Soho Theatre). She was also a subject of Who Do You Think You Are?
