Richard Herring's new book, Can I Have My Ball Back?, is published on Thursday, October 20.
While the title was prompted by Herring's recent encounter with testicular cancer, he says that the book is about a lot more than that: "family, mortality, masculinity and why there is so much bollocks talked about bollocks, but mainly it's really funny and I think you will like it."
If you buy it from gofasterstripe, you can also buy a limited edition Right Bollock puppet for a reasonable price (whilst stocks last). All copies bought from there will include a signed postcard and the chance to win a Right Bollock stress ball. It is also available from the usual major outlets.
The audio =book, read by the author, has lots of extras. Get it here or wherever you get your audiobooks.
Herring has also been interviewed about the book on his own RHLSTP Book Club by Adam Buxton. The interview will be out on Friday. And he also talks about the book with Geoff Norcott on this podcast.
Herring will also be doing some live shows in which he will be talking about the subject of his book. On 6th November, Bill Murray pub, Islington - check his gig guide for ticket links soon and 30th November, Phoenix, Cavendish Square. Tickets are £5. Get them here.
