Following her success at Edinburgh Festival Fringe Tiff Stevenson (Mock The Week) is set to take her brand-new show ‘Sexy Brain’ on UK & Ireland tour from 22nd March to 28th May, including venues such as London’s Soho Theatre.
Living with self-diagnosed ADHD, Tiff’s ‘Sexy Brain’ often tries to see all sides of every argument, whilst also driving her slowly mad in the process. In her new smash-hit show, Tiff explores how her unique thinking works with everything from the use of the term ‘Karen’, growing older, being late for meetings (even Zoom ones), destroying romantic moments, to the bizarre correlation between waxing and grey squirrels. Tiff brings a fresh perspective on a condition that can often be seen as a weakness, and how for her at least, it can be an almighty strength.
Tiff Stevenson is an award winning stand-up comedian, actor and writer, whose thought provoking comedy and satire has played to audiences worldwide, as well as become an online sensation with over 40 million views and counting for her viral series Men She Wrote, satirising male authors who write women badly.
‘Sexy Brain’ is her tenth Edinburgh Festival Fringe show, following the success of her previous five-star hits (Bombshell, Mad Man, Mother), which were listed in British Comedy Guide's Edinburgh Fringe Top 20 Best Shows.
On TV, Tiff has guested on shows such as Mock The Week (BBC Two), 8 Out of 10 Cats (Channel 4), Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC Two), As Yet Untitled (Dave), Drunk History (Comedy Central), and The Apprentice: You’re Fired (BBC One). As an actress, she has appeared in shows such as The Office (BBC Two) and White Gold (BBC Two), as well as been a series regular on BAFTA winning People Just Do Nothing (BBC & Netflix) and Game Face (E4/Hulu). Tiff has also written on seasons one and two of Avenue 5 (HBO/Sky), a science fiction comedy series starring Hugh Laurie.
Tiff currently hosts podcast Catharsis, in which she encourages guests, such as Roisin Conaty, Janeane Garafalo, Alfie Brown and Sindhu Vee to dig deep into their anger, and seek resolution, sort of. She is also the creator and host of legendary new material night Old Rope at the infamous Comedy Store in London, showcasing new material from up-and-coming comedians, as well as household names such as Aisling Bea, Stephen Merchant, Brett Goldstein, Amy Schumer and Hannibal Burress.
