Comedy Night To Support People Being Oppressed in Iran

Comedians, performers and writers will take part in a special night to support and highlight people being oppressed in Iran by religious dictatorship. The event will take place at Camden People's Theatre in London on Sunday, January 14 at 7.15pm.

Taking part are Anoushka Rava, Lanna Joffrey, Lisa Zahra, Patrick Monahan and Graham Dowdall. 

Writer David Stubbs will be reading a relevant section from his book Different Times: A History of British Comedy. Discounted signed copies will be available to buy on the night.

The event is curated and presented by Roshi Nasehi and will also feature a timely panel discussion focussed on comedy and activism.
