Sarah Keyworth has won the top award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

In her award-winning show My Eyes Are Up Here she talks about her family background, the surprise that her parents were once fun-loving young people and her recent decision to have breast reduction surgery.

Keyworth will be touring the UK with the show later this year following more Australian shows and a run at the Edinburgh Fringe.
