Baby Cow Productions has released a new short film from Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Sam Campbell - Sam Campbell’s Beautiful Generations.
In Sam Campbell’s Beautiful Generations, Sam invites the weird and wonderful public into his studio for a photographic makeover of a new kind. Armed with treasured photos from their life, Sam uses his exquisite mastery of Artificial Intelligence (AI), photoshop and art as we know it to generate ground-breaking, powerful, often moving images that his subjects can digest live in front of him and take away for posterity.
Sam Campbell said: “I bought the suit in this video to wear at a wedding and I must say it cost a bomb. Very glad to have an opportunity to don it again.”
Rupert Majendie, Head of Development at Baby Cow, said: “We are incredibly excited to collaborate with the immensely talented Sam Campbell at Baby Cow. Sam’s unique humour and ability to connect with audiences perfectly align with our vision for online comedy.”
Sam Campbell has scooped a string of prestigious awards including the Edinburgh Comedy Award in 2022 and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Best Show Award, alongside numerous other nominations. He won his series of Taskmaster and has been seen on other TV shows including Would I Lie to You? and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. He co-hosts the podcast Lucy & Sam’s Perfect Brains with Lucy Beaumont.
Last year Baby Cow launched Baby Shorts, its strand of original digital content released on YouTube which is part of its commitment to investing in breakthrough talent and comedy ideas.
