
The Horne Section have released a new album featuring the music from their debut sitcom The Horne Section TV Show and next month they are set to release another new album featuring the music from the second series of their soon-to-premiere sitcom.
The news arrives ahead of the second series of their hit show landing on Channel 4 on 22nd May, and ahead of the band's first ever performance at the Glastonbury Festival 2025. ‘The Horne Section TV Show’ album is available now to stream on all major platforms.
The first of these two albums sees ‘Britain’s funniest band’ (The Guardian) showcase hits from series one including ‘Grandaddy’ and ‘Chinese Five Spice’, while the second will feature brand new tunes from series two.
Fronted by Alex Horne (creator of BAFTA and National Comedy Award winning Taskmaster) and his actually talented band, the album features all 22 songs from the series and is the comedy music band’s latest album alongside the previously released ‘Three Great Songs and Eight More Songs’, ‘The Horne Section Christmas Family Album’, and ‘Ultrabulk’.
It was also recently announced that The Horne Section TV Show will return for its second series from 10pm on Thursday 22nd May on Channel 4. The entire box set will be available on the same day.
Elsewhere on the airwaves, the hit comedy podcast The Horne Section Podcast has recently returned with a tenth series of iTunes chart topping audio mayhem. The Horne Section have recorded eight new episodes of the Best Comedy Podcast (Shortlist) which airs weekly and can be found on the link here.
Meanwhile, The Horne Section extend ‘The Horne Section’s Hit Show’ tour, making it their biggest yet with 60 dates across the UK, which continues this year up to 19th November 2025, including a return performance at London’s iconic Palladium Theatre with an extra show on Tuesday 7th October 2025.
