Welsh Topical Comedy Panel Show What Just Happened? Returns

Just in time for election season and fresh from a nomination for the Celtic Media Festival 2026 in the Comedy (Sound) category, the award-winning topical panel show What Just Happened? returns to BBC Radio Wales.  The show has already enjoyed three successful radio series, two TV specials for BBC Cymru Wales, and won the Celtic Media Festival 2024 in the Comedy (Sound) category. 

Series 4 welcomes the return of host Robin Morgan (Mock the Week) and resident panellist Kiri Pritchard-McLean (Live at the Apollo).  They’ll be joined by guests to delve into weekly news from Wales and beyond to try and work out What Just Happened? The four-part series will be recorded in Cardiff between 8 and 29 April.

The episodes will air on 9, 16, 23 and 30 April on BBC Radio Wales and BBC Sounds.
