Superstar comedian Chris Rock warmed up for the Australian leg of his Total Blackout world tour by surprising punters in a comedy club with an impromptu appearance.
The night before his major gig at the 8000-capacity Perth Arena Rock pitched up at a comedy night at the Charles hotel, where for their $20 ticket 150 comedy fans were treated to a set from the iconic stand-up.
According to this story bar manager Megan Thomas said: "I had no staff pretty much, they were all watching him on stage. He was hilarious, we were all in tears at the end of the night. I had no staff pretty much, they were all watching him on stage."
