Riordan Deehan Jackson, also known as Riordan DJ, is the winner of this year's Chortle Student Comedy Award. He pockets a £1000 prize.

Second place went to Jack Gleadow, who earlier this week won the Amused Moose National New Comic Award Final.

The competition took place at the Pleasance in Edinburgh. The other finalists were Dillon Mapletoft, Harrison Charles, Frank Foucault, Haydn Jenkins, Tony Wright and Sam Knights
