News: Jolyon Rubinstein and Heydon Prowse Form The Ministry Of Justice

The new series from The Revolution Will Be Televised duo Jolyon Rubinstein and Heydon Prowse will start on C4 on November 30 at 11.05pm.

Ministry Of Justice is a fast paced, anarchic, investigative comedy show in which the duo expose crime, injustice and anti-social behaviour in their unique and provocative style. Hidden cameras, comedy, bold stunts and disguises highlight the hypocrisy and occasional lunacy of corners of the establishment.

In the three-part series Prowse and Rubinstein go undercover to explore drugs, corrupt big business and the UK’s international weapons trade.

Jolyon Rubenstein comments: “We have tried to make a comedy as absurd and ridiculous as the world we live in today and once again have found that the British sense of humour is our greatest weapon in our quest to get to the very heart of what the f**k is going on in this crazy world of ours.”

Heydon Prowse comments: “With the country in such a perilous state, crime flooding our streets and the justice system so dangerously underfunded it gives me confidence that two such ridiculous idiots like me and Jolyon have been employed to fight back and speak nonsense to power. Undoubtedly everything will be fine soon.”

Will Macdonald, Executive Producer at Monkey comments: “Ministry of Justice invites viewers into a world where comedy and conscience go hand-in-hand and Heydon and Jolyon’s fearless determination combined with their comedic talent makes them the perfect fit to serve up justice.”

Ministry of Justice was commissioned by Ian Dunkley, Channel 4 Commissioning Editor for Factual Entertainment. The Executive Producers for Monkey are David Granger and Will Macdonald and the Series Producer is Andy Brown.
