Shooting has started on the fifth series of Inside No. 9.

Casting and plot details are still strictly under wraps, but the BBC has tweeted the accompanying picture, including the mysterious metallic hare which has a habit of making cameo appearances in episodes when you least expect it. Co-creators Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton will certainly be involved again. Steve Pemberton is directing an episode, which eagle eyed viewers may have worked out from the accompanying picture. Beyond The Joke can also reveal that John Sorapure is the Director of Photography.

No transmission date has been confirmed for the new series yet.
