Transworld Publishers are to publish the new book from Romesh Ranganathan. Editorial Director Henry Vines acquired rights to As Good As It Gets: Life Lessons from a Reluctant Adult from agent Flo Howard at Off the Kerb.
Following the success of his bestselling memoir, Straight Outta Crawley, Romesh Ranganathan’s second book is a dissection of adulthood and the pressures we all face to grow up.
Told through his own personal failings and the many small rebellions he has staged against the unreasonable social expectations we all face, in As Good As It Gets Ranganathan reflects on the demands of daily life and the challenges of adulting in the modern world.
Taking in everything from family to popular culture, politics to mental health, the book sets out to be a comforting recognition of the fact that we are all bluffing our way through adulthood.
As Good As It Gets: Life Lessons from a Reluctant Adult will be published in hardback, audio and ebook on 15 October 2020.
