Hapless London lettings agent Stath (Jamie Demetriou, who co-writes this with Robert 'Friday Night Dinner' Popper) is in the tradition of David Brent. He's inappropriate, hapless, hopeless and probably only has a job at Michael & Eagle lettings agency because his dad runs the company.

Stath Lets Flats is a new 6-part C4 comedy following Stath (Jamie Demetriou - Fleabag, Tracey Ullman’s Show, Gap Year), an incompetent lettings agent, on his day to day antics at 'Michael & Eagle Lettings', a dodgy London lettings agency run by Stath's father.
“Did anyone else not follow a lot of that?” is the key line in the tenth edition of online series 2016 Year Friends, which has just been released. This episode, October, is a not-so-straight horror. Characters come back to life, knives and guns are waved about, there is some screaming and dialogue seems to be go round in a circle. And there is also an obligatory scene in a dark forest.
