Lenny Henry has been awarded the Harvey Lee Award for Outstanding Contribution To Broadcasting today at the Broadcasting Press Guild Awards. It was in recognition of his campaign for greater diversity in the industry and for his role in Comic Relief.

Broadcasting satire W1A, starring Hugh Bonneville and Jessica Hynes, won the award for Best Entertainment Comedy. Dave's Crackanory won Best Multichannel Programme.
