Patrick Kielty
Patrick Kielty is to be the new host or legendary Irish flagship chat show The Late Late Show, most famously hosted by Gay Byrne.
Patrick Kielty will be the new host of BBC Radio 5 Live’s 9-11am Saturday morning show.
Getting started on September 3rd, Paddy will take over the weekly slot currently occupied by Scott Mills and Chris Stark.
Reflecting that feel-good Saturday morning vibe – with work in the rear-view mirror and your football team yet to break your heart – the show will kickstart the weekend with big names and big laughs.
Comedian Patrick Kielty will embark on his brand-new stand-up tour Borderline from 11th May 2022, kicking off in Nottingham. In his first UK dates since his critically acclaimed 2015 live show ‘Help’, he will play 30 dates across the country.
At the height of the Troubles, three men were charged with the killing, convicted of the crime, and sentenced to spend the rest of their lives in prison. Ten years later, the Good Friday Agreement was signed, setting out a path to peace in Northern Ireland.
