On Friday 3rd November Channel 4 and Cancer Research UK will celebrate a remarkable decade of standing up to cancer with a star-studded night of fantastic TV. Live from The Francis Crick Institute, a renowned hub for pioneering cancer research, the biggest and brightest names in British comedy will come together to bring audiences a raucous night of television.
Talking With Cancer is a weekly podcast that does exactly that; two friends, Katie Phillips (right) & Clair Whitefield (left), talking. Katie has cancer and Clair doesn’t; just like the statistic, that “one in two of us will experience cancer in our lifetime”.
MC John Mann hosts a night of comedy in aid of Cancer Research brought to you by the City of London Friends of CRUK (www.crukcity.org.uk).
The bill boasts Arthur Smith, Mary Bourke, Markus Birdman, Charmian Hughes, Troy Hawke, Phi Nichol, Steve Hall and Dan Antopolski.

This year's Teenager Cancer Trust shows have been postponed. The comedy night was to feature Alan Carr, Paul Chowdhry, Russell Kane, Suzi Ruffell and Sean Walsh alongside host Seann Walsh.
Also Wells Comedy Festival has been cancelled and comedy club Komedia has closed until March 31.
