The comedian has given more details on his website: "A recovering alcoholic and jazz pianist in NYC confronts his acerbic family during their annual Fourth of July vacation."
Comedian Louis CK is set to play two gigs in London and one in Scotland later this year. He will perform at the Eventim Apollo on October 3. He plays Wembley Arena on October 4 and Glasgow Hydro on October 6 as part of a European tour.

The two gigs in Leeds next week at Leeds Hi-Fi Club on Wednesday 22nd May and Leeds Wardrobe on Thursday 23rd May, were only announced earlier this week.
The announcement of the gigs prompted online condemnation, with other comedians and members of the public posting their feelings on social media, criticising the planned UK performances of Louis CK, who admitted to sexual misconduct in late 2017.

"I want to address the stories told to the New York Times by five women named Abby, Rebecca, Dana, Julia who felt able to name themselves and one who did not.
Following the New York Times story alleging sexual misconduct on the part of comedian Louis CK the company distributing his new movie I Love You, Daddy, has said it will not be releasing it.
"The Orchard will not be moving forward with the release of 'I Love You, Daddy,'" it said in a statement.
The film was financed and edited by CK and stars John Malkovich and Chloe Grace Moretz.
The New York Times has published a major story in which a number of women state that comedian Louis CK masturbated in front of them.
Rumours about the superstar comic's behaviour have been swirling around the comedy world in recent years.
