BBC Children has announced a new commission, Crongton, from leading drama production company New Pictures (an All3Media Company), in association with All3Media International. The ten-part returning series, aimed at a 10-12 audience, is written by the award-winning writer and comedian Archie Maddocks (pictured), and based on the best-selling novels by Alex Wheatle.
