Helen Bauer and Huge Davies are recording specials of their 2019 shows with Comedy Producers 800 Pound Gorilla
Bauer and Davies will be recording their Dave’s Edinburgh Comedy Award: Best Newcomer nominated shows in a double bill at The Bedford in Balham on Monday 18th July 2022. This will be the last time to catch both shows in London.

At the same time, she dreams of being a sweet angel handling any drama with grace. Who doesn’t overthink everything and plan for how she will have all eyes on her at the right moment.

Huge Davies: The Carpark
From 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Roast Battle, Harry Hill's Clubnite and Comedy Central at the Comedy Store, Huge brings his award-nominated show to London.
Expect dark humour, surreal songs, his one-of a-kind wearable keyboard and of course: a carpark.
Since the 2019 Edinburgh Festival, Huge and Helen have both released their own sitcom pilots on Channel 4 (Huge Davies: The Artists) and BBC Three (Helen Bauer: Small Doses).
Helen has recently appeared on Live At The Apollo on BBC Two, Stand Up For Live Comedy on BBC One, and judged the BBC New Comedy Awards on BBC Three. She will also be embarking on her first UK wide tour with brand new show ‘Madam Good Tit’ this Autumn.
Huge has recently appeared on 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Harry Hill’s Clubnite on Channel 4, Guessable and Roast Battle on Comedy Central, and Hypothetical on Dave. He is also regular tour support for Phil Wang and Joe Lycett. He has sold out the Soho Theatre three times with his hit debut show ‘The Carpark’.
The Specials are produced by 800 Pound Gorilla. Established in 2016, 800 Pound Gorilla Media was started by managers of comedians in need of a company that would bring a modern focus of behavioural targeting, digital marketing and fan engagement around comedy albums, podcasts, and video projects. The record label division has over 300 comics on their roster and works with Netflix, Kevin Hart’s LOL, All Things Comedy, and others. The company has also produced over 30 stand-up comedy video specials on various platforms including Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Showtime and BBC; and one of the most successful comedy specials of the year on YouTube, Mark Normand’s Out To Lunch which has over 10 Million views.
