The first picture has been released of the new Channel Four line-up for The Great British Bake Off.

Alongside cookery people Paul Hollywood and Pru Leith comedians Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig are holding little cakes.

Fielding is also in the news due to an art gallery selling a photographic print of the comedian with a black face, a headband and a blond wig which has been described – not by Fielding – as a 'black Bjorn Borg'.

Fielding has been defended by sources in The Sun: “There are characters in Noel’s Luxury Comedy that are painted green, painted yellow, painted orange and painted black. This is a picture that is a still from that – it’s not blacking up – or anything like that. It’s a character that sits alongside many others of many different colours.” It is on sale through Hooligan Art for £800.
