Alan Carr, Davina McCall and Dr Christian Jessen are back to host this year's live broadcast of Stand Up To Cancer on C4 on October 21. The night will include special programmes, including: Gogglebox: Celebrity Special; Jamie Oliver and Taylor Swift joining forces for an exclusive sketch; A very special performance from Nicole Scherzinger who is joined by The SU2C Childrens Choir who have all survived cancer; and Sherlock stars and husband and wife team Martin Freeman and Amanda Abbington have their minds blown by Derren Brown.
Tennis hero Andy Murray and IT Crowd actor-turned-film director Richard Ayoade screen test some very famous celebrities including Pharrell, Gordon Ramsay, Michael Sheen, Ed Sheeran, Rory McIIroy, Sir Terry Wogan, Cesc Fabregas and Britney Spears, in an audition for the lead roles in Andy Murray: The Movie; and Jack Whitehall is on hand to raise awareness of testicular cancer with a very special sketch from the original Men Behaving Badly boys.

The first event in 2012 became the most successful charity fundraiser on UK commercial TV, watched by nearly 8 million viewers. Every single penny of the staggering £8 million raised went to Stand Up To Cancer. The money helped finance 12 clinical trials around the UK, including the most sophisticated bowel cancer trial ever to be undertaken in the world. Research has already enabled us to reach the point where two in four people will now survive cancer for at least ten years, thanks to advances such as new treatments. With exciting new trials already being worked on we are aiming to reach the point where three in four people will survive cancer in the next 20 years.
