Due to demand, Peter Kay has added an extra late matinee show at Blackpool Opera House on Sunday 27th September, to help raise vital funds for ‘All In for Fin’, the fundraising campaign supporting Fin Cormack and his family as they seek the vital heart surgery he needs.
The much-loved comedian will take to the stage for two special performances on Sunday 27 September at 1.00pm and 5:00pm, adding two extra dates to his record-breaking tour specifically to support Fin’s fundraising campaign.
After seeing a news report about Fin and his family’s situation, Peter decided he wanted to do something to help.
Peter said: “I saw a news report about the situation with Fin and his family, and I felt as if I had to do something to try and help them raise the funds. I hope people will support this really important event to help Fin receive the vital surgery he needs.”
The two Blackpool performances will give fans an extra opportunity to see Peter live while supporting an incredibly important cause, with proceeds from the show helping the All In for Fin campaign towards its fundraising goal.
Clare Cormack said: “We were bowled over when Peter called and told us that he wanted to support Fin! What an amazing guy that he’s taken the time to do this - it’s completely unreal. We are still pinching ourselves!”
