The annual Altitude Comedy Festival in Mayrhofen, Austria has announced its 2016 dates. It will take place a little earlier than usual for five nights from 11th – 15th January 2016.  

Over the past 10 years Altitude has brought the world’s top comedians, including Eddie Izzard, Jimmy Carr, John Bishop, Tim Minchin, Bill Bailey, Micky Flanagan, Jo Brand, Kevin Bridges, Nina Conti, Frankie Boyle and Sean Lock to some of Europe’s most charming venues. To celebrate a decade of lederhosen-clad laughter, Altitude HQ is busy sculpting a new line-up to be revealed soon. 

Altitude is the only festival that mixes skiing with stand-up. A VIP Altitude Ticket not only gives you entrance to all Altitude shows, but also a free bottle of wine (or up to four beers) for each one of the Gala shows, plus reserved seating, also a meet & greets with the comedians with free drinks and food, a chance to compete in the inaugural clown hill race, and a splendid limited edition Altitude t-shirt.
