Flight of the Conchords
New Zealand duo Flight of the Conchords is to release a live album.
Flight of the Conchords: Live in London was recorded on their last world tour in, erm, London.
It will be released by Sub Pop on CD and vinyl on March 8.
Here's a track listing:
Flight of the Conchords have added an extra date to their UK tour, which had to be postponed mid-run earlier this year when Bret McKenzie injured his hand in a fall at the start of March.
The new date will be at the Eventim Apollo in London on July 1.
Grammy Award-winning folk comedy duo Flight of the Conchords (aka Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie) had to postpone their UK and Ireland edition of the “Flight of the Conchords sing Flight of the Conchords Tour” due to Bret’s hand injury.
Flight of the Conchords have had to postpone their current tour with immediate effect due to an injury to Bret McKenzie.
If the live comedy bubble is about to burst nobody has told comedy's big guns yet. Comedy tours seem to be getting larger and longer all the time. Even smaller Edinburgh shows have a much longer stage-life than they ever had before.
Last week, Grammy Award-winning folk comedy duo Flight of the Conchords (aka Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie) announced the UK and Ireland edition of the “Flight of the Conchords sing Flight of the Conchords Tour,” which sold out in a matter of hours. And now, due to overwhelming demand, Bret and Jemaine have expanded the tour.
Update 27/10. Extra dates now added at Eventim Apollo on March 18 and 02 Arena on March 30. Ticket link below.
