Gold's popular murder-mystery scripted comedy franchise written by Jason Cook, is returning for a third series. Dial M for Middlesbrough is the sequel to the hit features Murder on the Blackpool Express (pictured) and Death on the Tyne. Casting will be announced later this year.
Jenny Eclair is headlining a special exclusive comedy show at London’s iconic OXO Tower to help raise laughs and money for Macmillan Cancer Support. The Grumpy Old Woman will be joined by fellow stand-ups Jason Cook and Mark Davison.
The show takes place on May 19 and to mark the occasion and the partnership between Npower and Macmillan the famous OXO Tower logo will be changed and lit up to read LOL for that one night only.
Comedian Jason Cook has announced an autumn tour of the UK for his latest show, entitled Broken. The winner of the ‘Best Drama’ at the Royal Television Awards for his BBC2 series ‘Hebburn’ starts his tour on October 3 at the Gala Theatre in Durham and finishing on November 11 at the Edinburgh Stand.
