They asked 120 volunteers to watch the top 20 British comedians' (chosen by comedy lovers) most recent stand-up show. Based on the total duration of laughter per hour (in decibels) they can reveal who is the funniest comedian.

She is on Mock The Week at 9.30pm, but if you can't wait that long she is also on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown in an hour-long show at 9pm.
Paddy McGuinness will be hosting I Can See Your Voice and joining Paddy on the series’ celebrity panel will be Carr, Alison Hammond and Amanda Holden.

Popup Picnic was set to feature headline slots from Jimmy Carr as well as appearances from other comedians including Matt Richardson, Andrew Maxwell, Hal Cruttenden, Jayde Adams, Jess Robinson, Jack Barry, Simon Brodkin and Ahir Shah.
Jimmy Carr is to headline UK’s newest socially distanced outdoor event, Popup Picnic.
Other comedians set to appear on various dates around the UK include Matt Richardson, Andrew Maxwell, Hal Cruttenden, Jayde Adams, Jess Robinson, Jack Barry, Simon Brodkin and Ahir Shah. All-day entertainment will also include music acts, as well as food and drink from local suppliers.
