Live at the Apollo
The new series of Live at the Apollo has been filmed at the legendary venue in Hammersmith, West London.
The full line-up has not been officially announced yet but Beyond The joke has heard from other sources that the following names are appearing on the series. The shows were filmed over three days – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The 1pm show on Wednesday 11th September was the Christmas Special.
Live at the Apollo is due to return to the BBC this autumn for its thirteenth series.
The latest line-up has not been officially announced yet but the show has been filmed at Hammersmith's Eventim Apollo this week and Beyond The Joke can reveal some of the acts appearing on the new series. A number of very new acts who have just appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe will be getting their TV breaks on the show.
Ivo Graham might as well have "future star" written through him like "Blackpool" through a stick of rock purchased in a famous seaside resort in the north-west. He won the Gilded Balloon's So You Think You're Funny? competition in 2009 at a horrendously early age and then went off to get a proper education and a degree. He is now back and funnier than ever.
