Mobeen
Filming on the fifth series of BAFTA-nominated Man Like Mobeen from Tiger Aspect and Dice Roll Productions, will commence later this year
The BBC has commissioned a fourth series of Guz Khan’s Bafta-nominated Man Like Mobeen from Tiger Aspect, part of Banijay UK.
Filming on the series written by Guz Khan (Army Of Thieves, The Bubble) and co-creator Andy Milligan (Undercover) is set to commence this autumn, and air on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer next year.
New four part sitcom Man Like Mobeen is to air on BBC1 after a successful recent launch on BBC Three. The show is written by and stars comedian Guz Khan and offers viewers a comical insight into working class life as an ethnic minority, addressing issues including arranged marriage, the alt-right and racial profiling, in the setting of Birmingham, created by one of the UK’s most distinct and exciting voices.
Man Like Mobeen, a brand new four-part series, will be launched as a box set on BBC Three on Sunday 17th December. Watch here.
