A previously unknown 1963 Morecambe and Wise public information film, one of the earliest drink drive campaign films, is one of the rare finds being screened at the latest BFI Missing Believed Wiped Festival. The film was found in a box of 1960s-era 35mm cigarette advertisements recovered from Ulster Television who were in the process of moving to new premises in Belfast.
