Brendan O’Carroll and Mrs Brown’s Boys have announced their much-loved classic play ‘Mrs. Brown Rides Again’ will return to the UK stage for the first time in 10 years.
Beloved Irish “Mammy”, Mrs. Brown is set to return with a much-anticipated commission for a fourth mini-series of MRS. BROWN’S BOYS. The hit series, created by Brendan O’Carroll, is a BBC Studios Comedy Production in partnership with BOC-PIX and RTE for BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
For fans of Mrs Brown’s Boys there are two visits to Finglas this season. At Christmas, Agnes (Brendan O’Carroll) has become a non-singing member of the choir, and Dermot (Paddy Houlihan) and Buster (Danny O’Carroll) have organised a benefit night for a rather unusual cause; while New Year brings about fresh starts in the Brown house, and an unexpected visitor has a unique investment opportunity.

6.8 million viewers – 32.6% of the TV-watching public – watched the special edition of the hit sitcom starring Brendan O'Carroll and various members of his real-life family.
The episode also featured a regenerated Rory as actor Rory Cowan, who played Agnes' perma-corpsing son, has now left the series. He has been replaced by Damien McKiernan.
