Saturday Night Live UK has announced the full writing team for the upcoming Sky Original series launching Saturday 21 March on Sky and NOW.
Bringing together some of the most exciting comedy talent from across the UK and beyond, the writers’ room features award‑winners, acclaimed stand‑ups, established television writers and breakout voices.
Saturday Night Live has announced the comedians for the upcoming UK version of the long-running hit US series.
They are Ania Magliano, Emma Sidi, Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, Paddy Young, Al Nash, George Fouracres, Jack Shep and Annabel Marlow.
The series will launch on Sky on March 21.
Saturday Night Live UK has added three major creative appointments to the team – Pauli Lovejoy as Musical Director, Annie Hardinge as Costume Designer, and Kevin Fortune as Head of Wigs, Hair & Make-Up. Lorne Michaels, creator and Executive Producer of the original NBC series, leads as Executive Producer on “Saturday Night Live UK”.

James Longman will serve as Lead Producer, Liz Clare joins as Director and Daran Jonno Johnson takes on the role of Head Writer. Together, they bring a wealth of experience across comedy, live entertainment and television production to the London-based series. Lorne Michaels, creator and Executive Producer of the original NBC series, leads as Executive Producer on “Saturday Night Live UK”.
