Clips Released From New Stewart Lee Stand Up Special

Some clips have been released to give fans a taste of the forthcoming screening on Stewart Lee's most recent show, Basic Lee. The set, filmed at the Lowry Theatre is Salford will be screened on Sky Comedy on July 20. Sky Arts is available free for anyone who has the requisite enabled devices.

Broadcast Date For Stewart Lee Stand Up Special

Stewart Lee's last show Basic Lee is to be broadcast on Sky Comedy next month.

Lee has revealed in an interview that the acclaimed show will air on July 20.

It is one of a number of upcoming comedy specials to be broadcast on the free-to-air channel. The others are: David Baddiel: Not the Trilogy, Lucy Beaumont: Live from the Royal Court Theatre, Tom Davis: Underdog, John Kearns: The Varnishing Days, Chris Ramsey: Live from London. They will be broadcast later this year.
