While it's always sad when a series of Would I Lie To You? comes to an end we can always cheer ourselves up by looking forward to an episode featuring the bits that didn't make the cut. Series 15's unseen bits get their airing this week*, with regulars Rob Brydon, Lee Mack and David Mitchell joined by a host of names that we love. Including one name that a lot of us love more when he is on this show than many of the other names.
The first trailer has been released for the American version of Would I Lie to You?
The series will air on The CW network from April 9. According to reports Aasif Mandvi hosts and Matt Walsh and Sabrina Jalees are the team captains, taking on the roles of Rob Brydon, David Mitchell and Lee Mack (pictured).
Good line-up on Would I Lie to You Tonight? with regulars Rob Brydon, Lee Mack and David Mitchell joined by Sam Quek, Jo Brand, Bobby Seagull and Joe Thomas.
There's been a right old fuss on social media today about a batch of comedians who are set to be a part of the GB News roster. But don't panic, this isn't a picture of them. For the record they include Mark Dolan, Simon Evans, Dominic Frisby, Steve N Allen, Rhona Cameron, Nick Dixon, Andrew Doyle, Josh Howie, Leo Kearse, Sajeela Kershi, Erich McElroy, Diane Spencer and Ian Stone.
I bumped into the comedian Nick Wilty at the funeral of legendary comedy club mover and shaker Emma Emslie last week. I wish now I'd asked him if he has ever been invited to appear on the show with the title that when shortened, is his surname. I guess life is full of regrets. Maybe next time.
Sadly no Bob Mortimer in this year's WILTY Christmas special but it's still an interesting line-up of guests joining regulars David Mitchell, Lee Mack and host Rob Brydon.
Rose Matafeo, Jim Broadbent, Angela Rippon and Ardal O'Hanlon are on the panels spotting the porkies among the honest tales.
Would I Lie To You? settles snugly into its new Monday night slot with another superb line-up of Joel Dommett, Alex Horne, presenter AJ Odudu and Sindhu Vee (pictured).
Plus, of course, host Rob Brydon and panel beaters David Mitchell and Not Going Out's Lee Mack.
James Acaster's appearance on the Christmas edition of Would I Lie To You? Has proved to be one of the hits of the festive season.
