Chris McCausland (The Wonders of the World I Can't See) and Lee Mack (Doctor Who, Inside No. 9, Brassic) star in Sky Original ‘Bad Tidings’, a mischievous festive special about two perpetually feuding neighbours in Stockport who become unlikely heroes, saving their street from notorious burglars with wacky booby traps and Great British banter.
I've always liked Lee Mack, but in the last couple of years something weird has happened. I think I've started to love Lee Mack. He returns this week in a new series of Not Going Out, which in itself is something of an achievement. It is currently the longest running sitcom on air. I guess it'll stay that way for some time unless they decide to make another series of Last of the Summer Wine or Only Fools and Horses.
Lee Mack’s multi-award-winning hit show, and longest running sitcom on air, returns for a new series on BBC One this June.
Award winning, hit ITV game show The 1% Club, hosted by Lee Mack, is set to return for a bumper third series.
Jonathan’s guests this week include the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award-winning performer John Legend, star of Thor: Ragnarok Jeff Goldblum, The 1% Club host Lee Mack, Strictly’s Shirley Ballas and comedian-turned-film star Jack Whitehall.
Lee Mack is either the best or worst person on this year's Royal Variety Performance. The wisecracking host split viewers who offered their opinions on social media.
Some tweeted that they thought he had "poshed up" his voice for Prince Edward and Sophie the Countess of Wessex, who were in the audience. Mack also referenced them in a joke.
“I’ve got three kids. The youngest is the naughtiest. It’s always the youngest that’s the trickiest, isn’t it? No disrespect...” he added.
Comedian Lee Mack ruffled a few feathers by making a topical joke during his appearance onstage at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Concert.
Standing in front of Buckingham Palace's entrance Mack quipped: “Finally we can say the words ‘party’ and ‘gate’ and it’s a positive.”
Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie were among the guests at the concert.
Social media inevitably got excited about the unexpected gag.
Lee Mack’s new hit game show The 1% Club is to return for a second run

Quickfire comedian Lee Mack is on a bit of a roll at the moment. Over on BBC One he is co-host of Freeze The Fear With Wim Hof with Holly Willoughby and it looks like he has another hit on his hands with primetime quiz show The 1% Club.
Have you ever wondered how clever you are? Do you think you might be in the top 50% of the country? The top 10% Or even the top 1%? This is your chance to find out as Mack hosts the brand new quiz.
Lee Mack is to co-host a new BBC show Freeze The Fear With Wim Hof with Holly Willoughby. The series will follow a group of celebrities as they undertake a series of challenges that will test them to their limits, both physically and mentally.
