Comedian Daniel Sloss’ run in Edinburgh this August has been delayed. He was due to debut his eagerly anticipated new show HUBRIS at The Queen's Hall over 16 dates from August 6 - 23.
While restrictions have recently started to be loosened for indoor performances the logistics of staging live shows in larger theatres are considerably more involved than in a smaller club.

Comedian Daniel Sloss has been made into a superhero as part of Marvel's Make Me A Hero digital series.
The acclaimed stand-up is a long-time fan of Marvel and has been known to unwind by playing their games. When he was growing up he became a huge devotee of Spiderman and says that he has watched every single superhero movie that has come out: "They are everywhere, I don't think I'll ever get bored with it."

It will be published in hardcover in the UK on November 5 by William Heineman Books, price £14.99. It will be published in America on November 3 by Knopf. Both imprints are part of the Penguin Random House group.
Daniel Sloss's critically acclaimed stand-up show X is to be screened in cinemas in Australia. The screenings will take place on 25th March in six venues which are part of Palace Cinemas, Australia's leading independent cinema chain.

This is not the first stand-up show to be screened in Vue cinemas – Ross Noble's tour show was relayed live in 2007 – but it is a major event for the UK comedian with an increasing large and loyal following following extensive tours and two specials airing on streaming giant Netflix.
