Jack Whitehall has added more live dates to his recent At Large tour.
He will now return to London to play the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith on July 21 & 22.
The show has already been performed around the UK and in the capital at Wembley Arena and the 02 Arena.
Well we’ve gone back to the 1970s this week, we might as well go the whole hog and go back to the 1920s with this three-part television adaptation of Evelyn Waugh’s first novel. And talking of hogs, we’ve barely been a minute into the action when the chumps from Oxford’s riotous Bollinger Club have lobbed a pig’s head out of the window into the quad.
Could you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your character?
I play Paul Pennyfeather, who is the character at the centre of this mad world. He is expelled from University at the beginning of the story and ends up becoming a teacher, marrying a rich heiress and then goes to prison.
What drew you to this production?
The BBC has announced the transmission details of the forthcoming comedy drama Decline And Fall, based on the Evelyn Waugh novel.
The three-part series, starring Jack Whitehall. Eva Longoria and David Suchet will air on March 31, April 7 & April 14.
Netflix has confirmed that they will be making a new comedy travel series with Jack Whitehall and his father Michael Whitehall. Jack Whitehall: Travels With My Father will see the comedian and his former showbiz agent dad heading for south-east Asia where they will learn about the world and maybe even bond with each other. They have previously appeared on television together in the BBC Three series Backchat (pictured). Shooting starts this month.
