Mae Martin is set to make a new series for Netflix.
The star of acclaimed comedy Feel Good is working on a new project called Tall Pines.
Tall Pines is reported to be an eight-episode series. Martin is creator, co-showrunner and executive producer and will play a lead role. It has been said that they will play a police officer but this has not been confirmed.
Mae Martin's most recent live show, Sap, is coming to Netflix this Spring.
The star of two series of comedy Feel Good has announced that it will be released on March 28.
Martin tweeted: "It’s happening! First one hour stand up special coming to Netflix March 28th, directed by Abbi Jacobson. Mark your calendars, let’s have a viewing party!"
Reigning Wrestling champion Mae Martin was sensationally defeated backstage after a gig by Ray Badran, in footage captured by Lolly Adefope.
Adefope, who was humbly thanking her fans on Instagram live, happened to catch the moment that Badran - feigning misery after a bad set - trapped Martin in a pinning predicament and claimed the belt for himself.

Mae Martin - comedian, co-writer and BAFTA-nominated star of Channel 4 and Netflix sitcom Feel Good, has added extra dates in Manchester and London to their UK tour due to demand. Mae will tour the UK with their latest show, Sap, beginning at Manchester’s O2 Ritz on 5th October, with an extra date now added on 6th October, and a three-week run at London’s Soho Theatre from 22nd November also added.
The trailer for the second series of Feel Good, co-written by Mae Martin and starring Martin, has just been released.

The series has received considerable critical acclaim, including Best Comedy Series at the Edinburgh TV Awards. It is co-written by Joe Hampson.
