Ricky Gervais has tantalised his fans by asking them if they would go to see him if he did a socially distanced gig.
He tweeted: "If I were to do one of these socially distanced gigs in London, would you come along?"
The answer was mostly yes.

An old tweet from early 2016 has resurfaced which suggests that Gervais had an uncanny inkling of what might happen in the next few years.

The BFI on London's South Bank is to screen two episodes of the second series of Ricky Gervais' acclaimed comedy drama After Life in advance of the programme premiering on Netflix.
The screenings will take place on Sunday, April 19 at 7.15pm. The show streams on Netflix from April 24.
