The BBC has unveiled first-look pictures and announced further casting for The Hairdresser Mysteries, a new crime drama starring Sally Phillips created by playwright and screenwriter Jim Cartwright (Road, The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, Vacuuming Completely Nude in Paradise, King of the Teds) and produced by Mill Bay Media. The Hairdresser Mysteries will be coming to BBC iPlayer and BBC One in July.
Sally Phillips is among the subjects in a new art exhibition entitled Empowering Her featuring the work of portraiture artist Caroline de Peyrecave.
