Taskmaster
You seemed absolutely beside yourself with excitement to be on Taskmaster. Is it fair to say you’re a fan of the show?
Yeah, I fucking love it, it’s the best show on telly.
What is it that makes it so special?
It’s just so daft. Doing stupid shit for no reason is important to me, it’s part of my lifeblood. And lots of grown adults doing that makes me very happy.
Taskmaster has revealed the latest line-up of contestants who are set to compete in the 15th series of the critically-acclaimed task tournament. The infallible Greg Davies will reprise his role as the formidable Taskmaster, accompanied by his faithful sidekick Little Alex Horne who is poised and ready to provide stats, data and occasional comfort in the most bizarre yet cut-throat show on television.
Comedian, broadcaster, and Taskmaster star Munya Chawawa has announced plans for his debut headline live UK tour in October 2023. The tour will kick off in Leicester on 5th October before wrapping in Bournemouth on 27th October 2023.
The pace is hotting up in the current series of Taskmaster with the relative competitive edges of the contestants – Fern Brady, Darsa O Briain, John Kearns, Sarah Millican and Munya Chawawa – starting to show.

There is usually one household name in the Taskmaster line-up but this fourteenth, yes, fourteenth, series has really pulled out the big guns, with two genuine TV stars. There is Sarah Millican and Dara O Briain – neither seems that keen on the old duffer role – joined by John Kearns, Munya Chawawa and Fern Brady. Who will bag the crown? It's anybody's guess.

Ever present throughout proceedings is Greg’s miniature sidekick, Alex Horne, gripping onto his tablet for dear life and looking very proud of himself for being so ruthlessly efficient in administering each and every task.
