Friends of Comedian Darren Maskell are organising a one-night tribute to the much-missed comic who sadly passed away earlier this year.
Tributes have been paid to comedian Darren Maskell whose death has been reported son social media.
Maskell was becoming established on the circuit for his off-the-wall humour, but had been seriously ill before the pandemic. He was winner of the Comedy Cafe New Act Competition in 2008 and North Essex New act of the year 2009
Darren Harriott competed for the first time on ITV's Dancing on Ice last night, performing to Fireball by Pitball in a dance complete with fire and a soaking. Beginning in a make-shift kitchen, Darren and partner Tippy Packard shimmied and glided their way through the number ending with the latter soaking the comedian with a glass of water, even coining a new move the “neck flick and chill” in the process.
Comedians Russell Kane, Darren Harriott, Suzi Ruffell, Tom Rosenthal are among the competitors set to take part in a one off, All-Star version of the Commonwealth Games.
