Following a 4-year absence and fresh off the heels of her ongoing tour of the same name, Nina Conti is preparing to embark on a West End run of her new critically acclaimed show, The Dating Show at London’s Arts Theatre from 9th – 19th February 2022.
Every day this week, celebrity contestants Nina Conti, comedian Nick Helm, Athena Kugblenu and Toby Tarrant take on a series of quiz rounds selected by the host, quiz legend Richard Osman.
A daily winner is declared following a quickfire round at the end of each show, and the scores are tallied across the week, resulting in an overall champion being crowned on Friday.
British Comedy Award winner Nina Conti is going back on tour.
The quick-thinking queen of ventriloquism brings you her pioneering new dating show. She’ll be like Cilla Black with masks. Derailed. Not so much a Blind Date as a re-voiced one. There’s no promise that true love will be found, but a firm guarantee that big laughs will be had in the reign of this ‘voice-throwing queen’ (Evening Standard).
Nina Conti is best known as a brilliant ventriloquist but for her new podcast she has dispensed with her dummies and formed a double act with an another real-life human being instead – Shenoah Allen, half of inventive sketch duo Pajama Men.
Join ventriloquist Nina Conti and her sidekick Monkey, for a unique, live and online event. Monkey and Nina will peer into the homes (and souls) of their audience and create a night of improvised laughs.
British Comedy Award winner Conti has stormed Live at the Apollo, QI, Russell Howard’s Good News, Sunday Night at the Palladium, and made a BAFTA-nominated film – all without moving her lips.

Tickets are £1 to £8, on a pay-what-you-want basis.

Adam Buxton is to headline a show at the London Palladium with ventriloquist Nina Conti.
The show, on May 28, will be part of a new season of Palladium Party variety shows promoted by innovative company Invisible Dot.
Ventriloquism looks like it is having what you might call its rock and roll moment. Paul Zerdin won America’s Got Talent and in London Nina Conti is about to embark on what must surely be the longest-ever West End run for a member of this venerable variety profession. Certainly the longest run since the golden age of vaudeville. Conti plays 18 shows at the Criterion Theatre from February 25, but she will not be alone onstage.
After a sold out national tour, a sold out Edinburgh Festival Fringe run and two sold out winter dates in the West End, ventriloquist Nina Conti is to perform her hit show In Your Face at the Criterion Theatre in London from 25th February to 12th March 2016.
