The Pleasance Comedy Reserve is back for its 17th year at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with a double bill of eight brilliant new acts, hand-picked by the Pleasance and performing at Pleasance Dome and Pleasance Courtyard.
The second Edinburgh Fringe announcement for the Pleasance Theatre Trust is a whopper with returning award-winning acts, amazing newcomers, European sensations, shows with fun for all the family and political chatterings. Pleasance Theatre Trust present their first official-on sale of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2023. Featuring unmissable shows from The Showstoppers, NewsRevue, Sh!t-faced Shakespeare, Paul Merton, Chloe Petts (pictured bottom) and Adam Kay (pictured top), the Pleasance offers audiences a whole host of productions across this year’s festival.
This year's festival runs from August 2 - August 28.
The Pleasance has issued the following to mark the end of Fringe 2022.
"Welcoming exciting newcomers, Fringe veterans and the most trailblazing international artists to the first full festival in three years, the Pleasance Theatre Trust is delighted to have celebrated its 38th Fringe Festival, with a particular focus on supporting the most diverse and game-changing early career artists and emerging companies.

Following his week's news of £1.275 funding to be distributed by the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society’s Fringe 2022 Resilience Fund, the Pleasance Theatre Trust have announced what they will be spending their share of £156,900 on.
