News: Comedians' Comedian Award Winners Announced

The winners have been announced of this year's UK Comedy Awards. These are the only awards for comedians voted for by comedians.

The awards, also known as the Comics Comic Awards, were started in 2013 by John Moloney as an alternative to various other prizes that he felt did not recognise professional comedians who work the circuit year in, year out.

The tradition is that the awards are organised by the previous year's winner. Last year's winner of Best Live Stand Up was Zoe Lyons.
