As one of the UK’s top entertainment hosts and a much-loved stand-up performer, Matt’s decision to join forces with RNOH Charity is a real boost for the organisation, celebrating a shared dedication to its mission to support one of the world’s leading orthopaedic hospitals, here in the UK.
Matt Forde as posted an update on his health and future plans following the discovery of a spinal tumour and subsequent cancer treatment.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, Forde posted:
"Some personal news...I'm alive!
This will sound mad, but having cancer and having it removed, along with part of my spine, has been the most wonderful experience of my life. I've met the most exceptional people who have given me the privilege of living longer.
Matt Green, THAT GUY you've seen on Twitter being funny about politics, is embarking on his debut national tour with a hilarious stand up show featuring lots of jokes about politics and lots of jokes not about politics.
