The results are in and the big winner of the comedy.co.uk Awards this year is BBC sitcom Ghosts, which wins Comedy of the Year and also Best Returning TV Sitcom. See the full results and links to their YouTube acceptance speeches below.
David Mitchell does well too, with Best TV Panel Show going to Would I Lie To You? and Best Radio Panel Show going to The Unbelievable Truth.

The winners of the inaugural (ISH) Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Show and Best Newcomer have been announced at the Ceremony at The Three Sisters today along with the Panel Prize.

The organisers say that a collective of around 35 volunteers have seen all eligible comedy shows (full run, not compilation) between them and have chosen 11 shows for the Best Show list and 5 for Best Newcomer The winners will be announced on Saturday 26th August at the ceremony at The Three Sisters (Maggie's Chamber) along with the Panel Prize.
